As the darkness of 2020 looms over us, it looks like the COVID-19 pandemic will change lives as we know it. Especially in the world of poker.
In early March, poker players stormed the virtual betting field to jump at the chance to show the 20: 1 that the World Series of Poker was actually going to take place, live, and inside Rio in Las Vegas on schedule.
Fast forward to 29 June 2020 here I tweeted the hashtag ‘wouldbeWSOP’ and lots of players cashed in on those virtual tickets. The Series will definitely take place online visit poker KaptenCasino, and the best result most players can hope for, is a live series rescheduled in the fall.
For many players, this will be their first summer series. I thought about my inauguration WSOP and its future trips. I had the immense honor of experiencing the highs and lows of a grueling summer, which prompted me to write about my first trip in 2014 in a series of 280 character tweets, and as a result, #wouldbeWSOP was born.
I don’t know if my followers just love watching me win or lose large sums of money, nearly sweat running my $ 50,000 Poker Players Championship final table, or watching my awkward social interactions with my friends. But many poker fans often tune in to see how I do on my “will” trip.
We are all here. You saw Mr. Fish and Mr. Whale in the game, they demand to play a straight stud for $ 400- $ 800 eight or better and they want to play short hands. Mr. Whale blew the line and Mr. Fish is trapped from high limit slot. How could you possibly refuse a place like this?
Ans: Because this is the third day of the WSOP and you allocate a certain amount of money to go to cash games. Playing this game will make 80 percent of your total money come into play. Sloppy and irresponsible.
Even so, almost all of my best and most courageous decisions were made after I had been careful. It’s okay to laugh and reflect on our impulsive and worse-than-our-career financial decisions. The WSOP makes us all do crazy things.
